I took this riflescope out on a long elk hunt last fall. The clear glass let me spot animals easily at dawn and the illuminated dot helped me make a clean shot at 450 yards. It stayed zeroed perfectly through rough terrain and the weight felt just right on my rifle.
Great scope for western hunts where you need reach but still want something light to carry. The reticle works well for quick range estimation and the turrets click nicely. I wish the illumination was a bit brighter in full sun but overall it performed solid on multiple trips.
